Truck Driver

About the role

Ofloadr is seeking a full‑time Truck Driver to join its on‑site team in Harare. You will operate a company‑assigned truck to perform local last‑mile deliveries for business customers, ensuring timely and safe transport of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip and report any maintenance needs.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, using GPS navigation and mobile delivery apps.
• Provide accurate delivery documentation, including photo and signature proof.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and warehouse staff.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and support efficient turnaround between deliveries.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A (or equivalent heavy‑vehicle) license.
• Proven experience driving trucks in urban and regional environments.
• Knowledge of DOT or comparable road‑transport regulations and a strong safety focus.
• Clean driving record and reliable time‑management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
