Dispatch and Stock Supervisor

About the role

The Dispatch and Stock Supervisor will oversee the loading team, ensure the integrity of the cold chain, and manage stock control processes for our Bulawayo operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the loading team and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
• Maintain cold‑chain conditions and oversee stock takes.
• Produce and analyse management reports.
• Plan delivery routes in an economical manner.
• Liaise with other branches to resolve queries or problems.
• Perform any additional duties assigned from time to time.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 O‑Levels including Mathematics and English.
• A‑Levels or a Diploma is an advantage.
• Computer literacy.
• Class 4 driver’s licence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in dispatch and flexible working hours.
• Strong administration and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a coldroom, attention to detail, honesty and integrity.
• Fast learner, reliable and a team player.
