Service Engineer – Earthmoving Equipment

About the role

Zoomlion is seeking a motivated Service Engineer to join its Heavy Equipment division in Zimbabwe. The role focuses on delivering technical support and maintenance for earthmoving machinery, ensuring customers receive reliable service and optimal equipment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair sold earthmoving equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance, install and commission new inventory equipment.
• Provide customer training on equipment operation and upkeep.

Required profile

• Matric qualification; trade qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of after‑sales service experience with yellow machinery such as excavators and wheel loaders.
• Strong execution ability and effective cooperation with upper management.

Required skills

• Diagnosis of earthmoving equipment.
• Repair of heavy machinery.
