Resort Manager

About the role

The Resort Manager will lead all aspects of hotel and estate operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and efficient service delivery. This senior position oversees daily activities, staff development, property maintenance, and revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel and estate operations, guest experience, and service delivery.
• Lead and manage department heads to ensure seamless, consistent guest experiences across rooms, public areas, F&B outlets, and other services.
• Maintain brand standards, SOPs, and compliance with local authorities and tax regulations.
• Monitor budgets, cost of sales, and profitability while safeguarding quality.
• Conduct daily property walks, HOD briefings, and personalized guest interactions.
• Drive continuous improvement of service standards, health & safety, hygiene, and energy management.
• Support refurbishment projects, major maintenance, and asset upkeep.
• Collaborate with HR to attract, retain, and develop talent, promoting gender equality and equal opportunity.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hotel or resort operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Ability to optimise revenue, control costs, and meet KPI targets.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and brand standards.
