Tourism & Hospitality Student Attachment at Victoria Falls

About the role

Rainbow Tourism Group is seeking motivated tourism and hospitality students to join the team at the Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel on a short‑term attachment. The role provides hands‑on exposure to hotel operations and supports the Human Resources Officer in daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Human Resources Officer with routine administrative tasks.
• Support front‑desk and guest services operations under supervision.
• Participate in basic housekeeping coordination and inventory checks.
• Observe and contribute to service quality monitoring.
• Help prepare reports and documentation related to guest feedback.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Degree or HND program in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
• Analytical thinker with a critical approach to problem‑solving.
• Well‑groomed, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team.
