Graduate Development Programme – 2026 Intake

About the role

The Graduate Development Programme is a two‑year fixed‑term training initiative designed for recent graduates who want to launch a career in the hospitality and tourism sector. Participants will rotate through the Group’s hotels and business units, receiving mentorship and on‑the‑job development across a range of functional areas.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotational assignments in events coordination, food & beverage, food preparation, and maintenance.
• Support day‑to‑day operations under the guidance of senior managers.
• Participate in structured training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes.
• Contribute to service‑excellence initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation across all units.

Required profile

• Graduates with a Degree/HND in Tourism and Hospitality Management (Events Coordination or Food & Beverage).
• Diploma holders in Professional Cookery (Class 1) for Food Preparation.
• Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering or Class 1 Journeyman Electrician certification for Maintenance.
• Ambitious, highly driven individuals with strong learning agility.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and analytical thinking.
• Integrity, well‑groomed appearance and a collaborative team mindset.
