Accounting Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting team in daily operations and financial reporting. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial management, oversee key accounting processes, and support the preparation of forecasts and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting activities, including bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare revenue forecasts, budget reports, and monthly/annual financial statements.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new accounting staff.
• Coordinate the annual audit by providing required information and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Monitor progress toward accounting and financial objectives and develop policies to support company goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and ensure financial security.

Required profile

• PhD or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA and/or CMA certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in an accounting supervisory or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
