Solutions Developer

About the role

TSL Limited is seeking a Solutions Developer to join its Harare office. The role involves creating, testing and maintaining software applications that support the company’s logistics, agriculture and real‑estate operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain software solutions aligned with business needs.
• Gather and analyse user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and deploy applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient and follow best‑practice development processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development methodologies.

Required profile

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or C#.
• Experience with software design, development frameworks and database management systems.
• Knowledge of system analysis, troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based platforms and integration technologies (advantageous).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in logistics, agriculture or real‑estate sectors is a plus.
