AI & Automation Specialist – RPA & Machine Learning

About the role

CBZ Holdings is seeking an experienced AI & Automation Specialist to join its Group Information Technology Department. You will drive the identification, design, and implementation of intelligent automation solutions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and document automation and AI use cases across business units.
• Evaluate process suitability for RPA, workflow, or AI‑based solutions and conduct feasibility studies.
• Design end‑to‑end automation workflows aligned with business requirements.
• Develop or configure RPA bots, AI models, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems via APIs or middleware.
• Implement exception handling, monitoring mechanisms and maintain automation inventory.
• Support development, testing and deployment of machine‑learning models, monitoring model performance and bias.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and business teams to ensure scalable, governed solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and act as a subject‑matter expert on AI and intelligent automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with RPA tools in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies including AI, machine learning, cloud computing, APIs and data analytics.
• Experience with database management systems and API integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud platforms.
