Student Attachment – Marketing, Training & Support, System Development

About the role

ROOMZ PMS is offering three student attachment positions across Marketing, Training & Support, and System Development. The placements are hybrid, based in Harare and Victoria Falls, and provide hands‑on experience in a live hospitality technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, creating social media content and conducting basic market research.
• Support onboarding of new lodge clients, guide users through system features, and help prepare training materials.
• Participate in software development tasks such as building features, debugging, testing, and documenting technical work.

Required profile

• Good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new tools and work in a small, hybrid team.
• Interest in technology, hospitality, or both, and ability to take initiative.

Required skills

• Basic programming knowledge.
• Basic computer literacy.
