Key Account Manager - Bulawayo

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts in Bulawayo, focusing on general trade, mining and lubricants. You will be responsible for driving volume growth, protecting margins and expanding our presence in a highly competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, present and execute sales budgets for the General Trade, Mines and Lubricants business lines.
• Manage pricing, rebates and service agreements to ensure profitable margins.
• Monitor customer payment terms, credit risk and conduct regular account reconciliations.
• Respond to tenders and business opportunities with timely quotations and prospecting activities.
• Plan and execute customer visits, linking all reports to the Salsa system.
• Identify opportunities for product development, market expansion and sales recovery.
• Implement the strategic roadmap for sales, marketing and credit risk management in the assigned portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the lubricants, fuel or mining sectors.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, margin management and credit risk.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
