Industrial Services Fitter – Harare Factory

About the role

Nestlé Zimbabwe is looking for an experienced Industrial Services Fitter to join the Harare Factory team. You will ensure the continuous operation of critical utilities that keep the manufacturing process safe and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair industrial services systems such as boilers, ammonia refrigeration, compressed air, water treatment and pressure vessels.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs and safety inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé Industrial Services standards, statutory regulations and SHE policies.
• Participate in permit‑to‑work, lock‑out/tag‑out and other safety procedures.
• Monitor utilities performance, report deviations and support audits and inspections.
• Maintain accurate operational and maintenance documentation.

Required profile

• Trade qualification in Fitting, Mechanical, Industrial Services or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial services or utilities maintenance within a factory environment.
• Ability to work shifts, be on standby and respond to emergencies.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety and regulatory compliance.
