Electrical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our Harare team. You will design, develop and maintain power distribution networks that support our solar backup, diesel generator and electric distribution solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design electrical systems and power distribution networks for commercial and industrial projects.
• Develop and implement power distribution schemes, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Perform technical assessments, troubleshoot issues and optimise system performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated energy solutions.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven knowledge of electrical design principles and power system fundamentals.
• Experience with power distribution concepts and safety protocols.
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks and solve technical problems.
• Interest in energy, business acumen and willingness to adopt innovative technologies.
