Planning Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

Infradevcor is seeking a full‑time Planning Supervisor to join its hybrid team in Harare. You will lead the planning function for civil engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring schedules are realistic and delivery is on time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate resources and monitor progress against targets.
• Analyse risks, propose mitigation measures, and report updates to stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor the planning team to align with organisational goals.
• Ensure planning processes comply with sustainable construction practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling and resource allocation within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical abilities for risk assessment and progress tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience supervising teams and working in a hybrid environment.
