Tech Sales Executive – Harare

About the role

The Tech Sales Executive will generate, qualify and convert technology and digital‑service opportunities into recurring revenue for BagginsHQ. Working closely with the Head of Sales and cross‑functional teams, you will guide prospects through the sales cycle and ensure accurate information is delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers via calls, email, messaging, referrals, social media and other approved channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate BagginsHQ solutions.
• Present products and services, conduct demonstrations and provide technical clarification in collaboration with technical teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and sales activities in company systems.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals and pending decisions, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling, renewal and account‑expansion opportunities.
• Meet assigned sales and revenue targets and contribute to recurring revenue growth.

Required profile

• Performance‑driven individual with strong prospecting and qualification abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to present solutions and negotiate with prospects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical and other departments.
• Self‑motivated to meet and exceed sales targets during probation and beyond.

• 60‑day performance‑based probation with a USD 60 monthly facilitation.
• 10 % uncapped commission on every verified sale personally generated.
• Upon confirmation: USD 600 gross monthly salary, USD 60 monthly facilitation and the same commission structure.
