About the role

We are seeking a professional Secretary to support the manager of our Provincial Office in Marondera, Zimbabwe. The role involves handling correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, type, and file correspondences, reports, minutes and memos promptly and accurately.
• Create and maintain office records and filing systems.
• Manage the manager’s diary, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Assist in preparing meeting materials and agendas.
• Receive visitors, provide courteous assistance and direct them as needed.
• Plan and monitor stationery requirements for the Provincial Office.
• Arrange travel itineraries and logistics for the manager.

Required profile

• Minimum of five ‘O’ level certificates, including English language.
• National Diploma in Secretarial Studies or an equivalent qualification.
• At least three years of relevant secretarial or administrative experience.
• Good public relations skills and a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations.

• Computer literacy (basic office software).
