Personal Assistant to Representative

About the role
Under the direct supervision of the Representative, the Personal Assistant provides essential support to the Representative’s office, ensuring smooth coordination of business processes and adherence to deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor relevant business processes, procedures and activities.
- Provide logistical support, manage data, documents, correspondence and reports.
- Plan, organize and multitask to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support financial data analysis and information management.
Required profile
- Completed secondary education; university degree desirable.
- Six years of experience in administration or office management.
- Thorough knowledge of computer software applications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other UN languages is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office software applications.
