Relief Regional Administrator – CABS First Street

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking a dynamic Relief Regional Administrator to oversee regional operations, ensure compliance with processes and service level agreements, and align activities with financial and service objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier, rental and utility invoices within seven days, maintaining vendor relationships and payment term compliance.
• Accurately handle staff claims through Dynamics 365, ensuring timely reimbursements and proper record keeping.
• Implement payment controls to avoid duplicate payments, verify balances and mitigate financial risks.
• Manage pool‑vehicle utilisation, maintenance and authorisation of trips in line with policy.
• Consolidate and submit daily, weekly and monthly operational and administrative returns for Northern and Southern Divisions.
• Raise and process procurement requisitions.
• Coordinate monthly Risk Meetings and quarterly Security Meetings.
• Support branches and business units to ensure smooth day‑to‑day administrative operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in administration, office or facilities management.
• Proven experience in payment processing, supplier management and procurement.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
