PR Sales Manager – Renewable Energy & Energy Storage

About the role

The PR Sales Manager will lead sales and business development for energy storage and solar module products across selected African markets. Working on‑site, you will build customer relationships, expand market presence and drive revenue growth for a global renewable‑energy leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for energy storage and solar module solutions in the assigned market.
• Identify new customers, distributors and strategic partners to broaden market coverage.
• Maintain and grow existing commercial relationships, ensuring long‑term partnerships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and align business plans with company strategy.
• Monitor customer feedback, payment status and market conditions to protect business interests.
• Conduct market research, track regulations, competitor activity and emerging trends.
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations to support regional growth.
• Plan and attend exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings.
• Prepare regular sales, market development and activity reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve commercial or technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overseas sales experience, with at least 2 years in energy storage, solar or photovoltaic sectors.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
• Strong understanding of renewable‑energy markets and regulatory environments.
