Piling Rig Operator

About the role

Mandfar Group is looking for an experienced Piling Rig Operator to join its on‑site team. The role involves safely operating piling rigs on construction, civil engineering or mining projects while meeting project specifications and company safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑start inspections and routine maintenance checks on piling equipment.
• Position and install piles accurately according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Maintain detailed operational records and report any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors and site personnel to ensure safe and efficient piling activities.
• Adhere strictly to occupational health, safety and environmental requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating piling rigs in construction, civil engineering or mining.
• Valid Piling Rig Operator Certificate or recognised Heavy Equipment Operator certification.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Physically fit, dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
