Distributor – Full-time (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Distributor to join our team in Bulawayo. This full‑time position combines on‑site activities with flexible work‑from‑home days, allowing you to promote and distribute our products while building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads and follow up with existing contacts.
• Explain product benefits and process customer orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and meet assigned targets.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Provide feedback to refine distribution strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in distribution, retail, or direct selling.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple client interactions.
• Business‑minded, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a hybrid team.
