Demolition Crew – Controlled Demolition, Rubble Removal & Site Clearance Roster

About the role

Eliyana Ventures is establishing a Harare‑based roster of experienced demolition professionals to deliver controlled demolition, rubble removal and site‑clearance projects. Candidates will be considered for project‑based contracts as opportunities arise.

Key responsibilities

• Interior soft‑strip and selective demolition of low‑rise structures
• Controlled demolition of small to medium buildings
• Loading, haulage and segregation of rubble and waste materials
• Site clearance and preparation for handover
• Post‑demolition cleaning and safe site turnover
• Utility isolation, making‑safe works and coordination with electricians/plumbers
• Operation of excavators, TLBs, skid‑steers, hydraulic breakers and grabbers

Required profile

• Proven experience in demolition, structural assessment, plant operations or rubble handling
• Relevant qualifications, licences and professional registrations (e.g., ECZ‑registered engineer)
• Documented similar projects, references and safety/compliance records
• Own plant, vehicles, tools or workforce available in Harare
• Ability to mobilise quickly, provide indicative rates and current availability
