Artificial Intelligence Sales Agent

About the role

Hurudza AI is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Sales Agent to join its on‑site team in Chinhoyi. You will be the primary point of contact for farmers and agricultural partners, showcasing AI‑driven solutions that improve productivity and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with farmers and partners, explaining Hurudza AI’s services and conducting product demonstrations.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate AI‑based solutions, and support client retention and growth.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, manage the sales pipeline, and document all interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on agricultural trends, product updates, and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for multilingual farming communities.
• Proven customer‑service experience with a consultative sales approach.
• Familiarity with agricultural insurance or risk‑management concepts is a plus.
• Experience training or coaching customers on new tools or processes.
• Comfort using technology platforms, CRM systems, and AI‑driven tools.
• Interest or background in agriculture and rural communities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Chinhoyi, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team.
• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in sales, customer service, agriculture, or a related field.
