Warehouse Operative – Scrap Metal & E‑waste

About the role

We are a licensed e‑waste and scrap‑metal recycling company based in Msasa, Harare. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as Operatives, handling the daily flow of metal and electronic waste.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort and move scrap‑metal and e‑waste materials.
• Operate within various warehouse zones, including crushing and processing areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in line with 5S standards.
• Apply FIFO principles and follow established warehouse procedures.
• Assist with loading, off‑loading and general material handling tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or physical‑labour role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of FIFO and 5S processes is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads.
• Honest, punctual and reliable.
• Resides in or near Msasa, Harare.

Required skills

• Understanding of FIFO inventory management.
• Familiarity with 5S workplace organisation.
