About the role
Vimbika Business Systems is seeking energetic and self‑driven Sales Representatives to promote its suite of business management software and technology solutions across Zimbabwe and the wider region. This full‑time, field‑based position focuses on generating high‑quality leads, delivering product demos, and building lasting customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Implement Vimbika’s sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct professional product presentations and live software demonstrations.
- Drive sales of core products such as POS systems, ERP & CRM software, fiscalisation solutions, and healthcare tech.
- Generate leads through field visits, corporate networking, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and KPIs.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
- Confident, professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and proactive.
- Good understanding of modern sales and marketing principles.
