Proposal Development Expert

About the role

This contract-based remote position focuses on leading the full proposal development cycle for a consulting firm that tackles climate change, energy, and environmental challenges. You will craft persuasive responses to RFPs and ensure high‑quality deliverables that support evidence‑based policy and risk analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end proposal development, from initial brief to final submission.
• Write clear, compelling proposals in response to RFPs.
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance for all deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather required information.
• Track proposal timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in proposal management, proposal writing, and responding to RFPs.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
• Experience in project management and team coordination.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of climate change, energy, environmental sustainability, or policy analysis is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
