About the role
The Brand Manager will lead the end‑to‑end management of client brands, translating strategic vision into tangible brand experiences across physical, digital and operational touchpoints. Based in Highlands, Harare, the role is primarily onsite with occasional travel to client sites.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, campaign plans and marketing initiatives aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead strategic planning sessions, define brand positioning, and ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across all assets.
- Oversee on‑the‑ground execution of activations, launches, events, signage, displays, uniforms, POS materials and other promotional items.
- Coordinate procurement, negotiate with suppliers, manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of branded assets within budget.
- Maintain regular site visits to monitor execution standards and act as the primary operational lead for brand implementation.
- Manage brand budgets, track asset performance and report on commercial impact.
Required profile
- Proven experience in brand management or integrated marketing, with a track record of delivering multi‑channel brand initiatives.
- Strong leadership and project‑management capabilities, able to guide cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and internal stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed to oversee brand executions.
