About the role
Rainbow Tourism Group is offering student attachment placements for candidates studying Tourism & Hospitality Management, Accounting or Food & Beverage Service. Successful students will be based at the Rainbow Hotel and Azambezi River Lodge in Victoria Falls, reporting to the Human Resources Officer.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the hotel and lodge teams with day‑to‑day operational tasks related to your field of study.
- Support the finance department with basic accounting entries and reporting (for accounting students).
- Help the food‑and‑beverage team with service preparation, inventory checks and guest interaction (for F&B students).
- Participate in guest service activities and learn industry best practices.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree or HND program in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Accounting, or Food & Beverage Service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking, dependable, well‑groomed and a team player.
