About the role
Proplastics, a leading manufacturer of high‑quality plastic piping solutions, is looking for two motivated Internal Sales Representatives to join its sales team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling walk‑in enquiries and telesales while supporting the sales process from quotation to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Greet walk‑in customers and conduct telesales calls.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and receipts.
- Process cash and credit sales transactions.
- Coordinate product dispatch and manage customer collections.
- Monitor stock levels, process re‑orders and capture stock data.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Process back‑orders and update price lists.
- Assist with stock takes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and stock reports.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Irrigation & Water or Agriculture Engineering.
- Proven experience in sales administration or internal sales.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Good numerical aptitude and report‑writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP or sales management systems.
