Bilingual Arabic & English Lead Generator

About the role

We are a growing construction machinery company seeking a results‑driven Lead Generator who is fluent in Arabic and English. You will help expand our sales pipeline across the region by identifying and engaging contractors, construction firms, equipment buyers, and key project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the construction and heavy‑equipment sector.
• Generate leads using LinkedIn, industry directories, and other platforms.
• Contact prospects via email, phone, and social media in both Arabic and English.
• Qualify leads (contractors, project managers, procurement teams, etc.).
• Schedule appointments or hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
• Familiarity with the construction, machinery, or industrial sector is a strong advantage.
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills.
