Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

Join a multilingual remote call centre that supports a leading online travel platform. As a French‑speaking Customer Service Specialist you will provide first‑level assistance in both French and English, handling inbound and outbound interactions for homeowners using the booking system.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place inbound/outbound calls while managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Act as the first point of contact for homeowners, addressing modifications, cancellations, deposit claims and escalations.
• Log, classify and follow up on all customer interactions, maintaining accurate call histories and resolutions.
• Analyze call data, share feedback and stay current with platform updates.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven customer‑service experience with ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Solid computer literacy and experience working online.
• Clear, empathetic communication under pressure.
• Availability Monday‑Sunday CET, with mandatory weekend shift (12 pm‑8 pm) and 30‑40 hours per week.
• Stable broadband connection and hardware meeting specified minimums.
