Wildlife Funds Manager (Keystone)

About the role

The Wildlife Conservation Network is seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to manage the full lifecycle of grants for one or more of its Wildlife Funds. This role combines administrative precision with project coordination to support conservation initiatives worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Administer all stages of grant contracts, including drafting agreements, compliance documentation, amendments, and payments.
• Maintain and update Wildlife Fund databases, providing accurate data for financial and project planning.
• Coordinate between Wildlife Funds and the Finance Department to ensure compliance and efficient workflow.
• Prepare and deliver up‑to‑date financial and project information to leadership.
• Provide central administrative support, multichannel communication with grantees, and project management for assigned funds.
• Assist in gathering data for program metrics and support Granting Committee meetings (scheduling, minute‑keeping).
• Track interim reporting, process grantee reports, verify compliance, and flag overdue submissions.
• Collaborate with fund leadership on new initiatives and provide ad‑hoc support as needed.
