Strategic Growth Associate

About the role

HomeLight is seeking a Strategic Growth Associate to expand its title and escrow services across the real‑estate ecosystem. You will work directly with agents, lenders, builders and other partners to generate new business and strengthen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with real‑estate agents, lenders, builders and referral partners.
• Represent HomeLight at networking events, office presentations and industry functions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct office visits and follow‑up meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal title and escrow teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Track marketing activities, leads and results using CRM tools and report findings.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional materials and social‑media efforts with the marketing department.
• Participate in community events and sponsorships to boost brand visibility.
• Provide field feedback to refine services and strategies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably in title, mortgage or real‑estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication, networking and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Self‑starter with a positive attitude and high professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
