Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will work on‑site at Sable Press in Harare, driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships across corporate, educational and individual segments. The role combines face‑to‑face selling with close coordination with production and design teams to deliver high‑quality printing and packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Visit clients in person, present printing and packaging solutions, and negotiate pricing.
• Process orders and coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support.
• Manage an individual sales pipeline, meet sales targets and track market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, printing, packaging or related B2B environments.
• Knowledge of the printing industry and basic familiarity with graphic design workflows and packaging solutions.
• Strong client relationship management, face‑to‑face sales and customer service skills.
• Effective communication in clear spoken and written English; knowledge of Shona or Ndebele is an advantage.
• High school diploma; a certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing or Business is a plus.
