Service Administrator

About the role

Epiroc is seeking a highly organized Service Administrator to support its Parts and Services Department in Harare. The role focuses on coordinating service jobs, managing quotations, and ensuring smooth parts flow to meet workshop demands.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare service and workshop quotations and obtain customer service orders.
• Create and manage service jobs in the ERP system, capturing labour, parts, materials and related transactions.
• Coordinate ordering, availability and expediting of parts required for service and workshop activities.
• Raise part re‑orders and demand requests based on workshop requirements.
• Process and manage orders for external service providers.
• Investigate and resolve service administration and invoice‑related queries.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with the Supply Chain team to meet parts and internal sales timelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum two years of experience in an administrative or customer‑service role.
• Proficiency with ERP Info M3 and Salesforce.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
