SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

Tano Digital Solutions is looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration and optimisation of SuccessFactors modules across its regional operations. You will work closely with global HR, IT and business teams to translate requirements into scalable system solutions and ensure smooth go‑live and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including time management and payroll integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable system configurations.
• Design and maintain work schedules, time types, accrual rules, time valuation and recording processes.
• Manage data migration activities – mapping, validation and reconciliation of employee time data.
• Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), support go‑live and resolve issues.
• Ensure configurations comply with local labour laws, global policies and governance standards.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements and documentation for all implemented modules.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proven consulting and problem‑solving experience addressing client needs.
• Experience mapping and optimising business processes and managing master data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
