Sales Specialist – Education Technology (Hybrid, Bulawayo)

About the role

The Sales Specialist is a contract position based in Bulawayo with a hybrid work arrangement. You will promote the Rongeka Africa School Management Suite to school decision‑makers, combining on‑site client visits with remote activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads within the education sector.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present the platform to schools.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up inquiries and prepare proposals.
• Support schools during onboarding and early usage of the solution.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with customer‑service and training teams.
• Gather market feedback and attend relevant events or school meetings.
• Build long‑term relationships and achieve agreed sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably with schools or education technology.
• Experience in training and sales management.
• Basic knowledge of school administration processes is an advantage.
• Comfortable using digital tools and working independently.
• Willingness to travel within Bulawayo and surrounding areas.
• Relevant certificate or diploma in Business, Marketing, Education or related field.
