Sales & Marketing Representative – Agricultural Equipment

About the role

Gotteshand Investments is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join its Harare team. You will promote a range of high‑tech agricultural equipment, from poultry incubators to grain threshers, helping farmers improve productivity and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and nurture existing customer relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and benefits.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve targets.
• Support marketing campaigns by preparing promotional materials and representing the company at agricultural events.
• Gather market feedback and collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies.
• Train customers on equipment use and maintain accurate sales records.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience or interest in agricultural equipment, agri‑business, or related sectors.
• Willingness to travel to farming areas and conduct field visits.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social‑media marketing is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
• Problem‑solving attitude, integrity, and eagerness to learn technical product details.
