About the role
Hiperdist is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead vendor relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. You will act as the primary liaison between Hiperdist and key technology partners, ensuring commercial success and strategic alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver revenue growth that exceeds market benchmarks and achieve gross margin targets.
- Own annual business planning, budgeting, and quarterly financial reviews.
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned vendors, managing contracts, planning sessions, and business reviews.
- Lead sales forecasting, inventory management, and resource planning to ensure predictable cash flow.
- Build, manage, and develop a high‑performing team, providing mentorship and quarterly market feedback.
- Drive marketing initiatives that generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a partner or distributor of relevant vendor goods and services.
- Relevant vendor certifications obtained within the last three years.
- Proven track record in team building, mentoring, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning P&L or revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
