People Operations / HR Intern (Remote, Volunteer)

About the role

This is a three‑month, remote volunteer internship focused on People Operations and Human Resources. You will support the team in recruitment, talent management research, and building the company’s employer brand while gaining hands‑on experience with Agile PeopleOps tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Research modern Talent Management and HR practices.
• Create content and reports from research and present findings to leadership.
• Implement new internal processes and practices.
• Promote the Culturelligence brand on social media through marketing activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members on diverse projects.
• Support leadership on additional growth‑related activities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a BBA, MBA, or Master’s degree in HR or any discipline with strong interest in HR/People Operations.
• Recent graduates eager to develop Agile PeopleOps or Agile HR skills.
• Availability to work 4–6 hours per day for the internship period.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Kanban tools for workflow mapping.
• Understanding of Agile PeopleOps Framework™️.
• Basic social media marketing practices.
