Operations Manager (Remote – South Africa/Zimbabwe)

About the role

HOMEHOSTS, a fast‑growing UK‑based serviced‑accommodation management company, is looking for a remote Operations Manager to lead its Guest Care team and help scale the business as it expands to over 60 properties.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the Guest Care team.
• Improve and document systems and processes.
• Resolve operational challenges and manage escalated guest issues.
• Monitor team performance and maintain service standards.
• Build a scalable operation to support rapid growth.

Required profile

• Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills.
• Comfortable managing people and taking ownership of problems.
• Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Passionate about improving processes and finding better ways of working.
• Interest in property, hospitality, business or entrepreneurship.
• Motivated to grow alongside the company.
