About the role
HOMEHOSTS, a fast‑growing UK‑based serviced‑accommodation management company, is looking for a remote Operations Manager to lead its Guest Care team and help scale the business as it expands to over 60 properties.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop the Guest Care team.
- Improve and document systems and processes.
- Resolve operational challenges and manage escalated guest issues.
- Monitor team performance and maintain service standards.
- Build a scalable operation to support rapid growth.
Required profile
- Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills.
- Comfortable managing people and taking ownership of problems.
- Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems.
- Passionate about improving processes and finding better ways of working.
- Interest in property, hospitality, business or entrepreneurship.
- Motivated to grow alongside the company.
