Mechanical Coordinator – Agriculture

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Coordinator to lead mechanical maintenance in a workshop and farm setting, ensuring high‑quality service delivery on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans, supervise mechanical services and monitor equipment performance.
• Control spare‑parts inventory, support procurement, coordinate with suppliers and maintain detailed maintenance records.
• Allocate tasks to workshop staff, manage schedules, conduct technical and safety training and promote teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and maintenance standards and support institutional quality programmes.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

What we offer
