Heavy Mechanic – Agriculture

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Mechanic to carry out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on heavy agricultural machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heavy machinery such as crawler tractors, motor graders and large agricultural tractors (95 kVA and above).
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical issues and execute maintenance according to schedules.
• Identify required materials, operate workshop tools (lathe, press, welding machines, diagnostic tools, lifting equipment) and record work in Service Orders.
• Support equipment assembly, material reuse and maintain workshop cleanliness and safety.
• Provide technical support to assistants and act as Workshop Manager when needed.

Required profile

• Technical course in Mechanics (mandatory).
• Training in heavy machinery maintenance, hydraulics and electrics.
• 3–5 years of experience maintaining heavy machinery and agricultural equipment.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and basic computer skills.
