Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the engineering team at Avani Victoria Falls Resort. The role ensures all hotel facilities operate smoothly, supporting guests and staff with timely maintenance and emergency response.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and schedule the engineering team for planned maintenance and guest‑requested or emergency tasks.
• Supervise the team to ensure effective completion of duties.
• Collaborate with other operational departments to provide necessary engineering support.
• Inspect, maintain, and ensure compliance of air‑conditioning, water, and fire‑safety systems.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to keep equipment operational on a daily basis.
• Oversee external contractors and support inspectors during their visits.
