Listening, Monitoring, and Evaluation Specialist

About the role

The Listening, Monitoring, and Evaluation (LM&E) Specialist will lead impact evaluation initiatives and serve as an internal consultant to strengthen listening activities across HOPE International’s global network. This professional position supports program improvement by ensuring high‑quality data collection, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of monitoring, evaluation, and listening initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk‑mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication approaches.
• Project‑manage the HOPE Quotient and other impact evaluations, coordinating schedules and ensuring timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data quality, ethics, and culturally responsive research.
• Provide technical leadership, advisory support, and coaching to LM&E advisors and program teams.
• Establish and promote best practices in survey design, participatory methodologies, and quantitative and qualitative analysis.
