Independent Sales Agent – Corporate Health Services (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to promote our occupational health and wellness services to manufacturing, industrial, and food‑processing companies in Zimbabwe. This is a 100% commission‑only partnership, allowing you to leverage your existing executive network while earning uncapped income.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision‑makers (HR Directors, Managing Directors, SHEQ Managers) within target companies.
• Present our suite of services – onsite health screenings, fitness‑for‑duty audits, and corporate wellness programmes – and secure contracts.
• Act as the primary liaison between new corporate clients and our medical/administrative team to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress through each sales stage.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in healthcare, medical, corporate insurance, or industrial services.
• Established network of contacts in Zimbabwe’s manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with own transport, laptop and smartphone.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
