About the role
Paymentology is seeking a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end commercial readiness of its global payment products. The Head of Product Go‑To‑Market will bridge product, sales, marketing, finance, enablement and legal to ensure offerings are market‑ready, compelling and adopted worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Define ICP‑led propositions and packaged solutions based on customer pain points and buying drivers.
- Partner with product leadership to translate roadmaps into sellable market offers and provide commercial insight without owning the product roadmap.
- Lead pricing strategy, incorporating market context, competitive benchmarks, customer value and margin considerations.
- Own GTM definition for each product, including positioning, ICP focus, value narrative and pricing logic.
- Equip sales teams with clear propositions, messaging and training; support major launches and strategic deals.
- Analyse CRM and pipeline data to surface trends, inform prioritisation and feed product feedback loops.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment across sales, product, marketing, finance, enablement, revenue operations and legal.
Required profile
- Senior, outcome‑driven leader with deep experience in product commercialisation, pricing and global go‑to‑market strategy.
- Proven ability to influence across multiple functions and geographies.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
