Head, Enterprise Banking

About the role

The Head of Enterprise Banking will lead the implementation, scaling and commercialisation of the Enterprise Direct value propositions across the country. Working closely with all segments, sectors, product teams and country stakeholders, you will drive client engagement through dedicated platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and entrench Enterprise Direct propositions in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Scale the value proposition to new markets and territories.
• Grow the enterprise client base while managing the balance sheet and income statement.
• Design and develop client value propositions that align with business and commercial banking strategies.
• Deploy innovative solutions and digital platforms to enhance client experience.
• Identify key income and cost drivers and optimise financial performance.

Required profile

• First degree in Business or Commerce.
• 8‑10 years of experience in business banking, strategy, and market development.
• Proven track record of growing client portfolios and managing balance sheets.
• Experience launching solutions in new markets.
• Strong background in managing both traditional and digital platform businesses.
