About the role

deVere Group is seeking two ambitious individuals to join its Graduate Wealth Management Trainee programme in Harare. This full‑time, office‑based role offers a structured pathway into wealth management and financial advisory, combining in‑house and online training with real‑world client exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior advisers in preparing client proposals and investment recommendations.
• Participate in daily client meetings to develop relationship‑building skills.
• Support research on international financial markets and investment solutions.
• Complete mandatory training modules and mentorship sessions.
• Contribute to the preparation of compliance and regulatory documentation.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professionalism, accountability, and a commercial mindset.
• Willingness to learn, high work ethic, and confidence in client interactions.
• Any client‑facing experience (banking, sales, hospitality, etc.) is advantageous but not required.
