About the role
The Employee Benefits Officer will lead People & Culture Operations, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement of the employee experience. This role works closely with stakeholders to align processes with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance People & Culture operational processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide expert guidance on payroll and benefits matters.
- Maintain data integrity, produce regular reports, and identify trends for process optimisation.
- Drive continuous quality assurance and implement sustainable improvements.
- Manage team performance, promote a high‑performance culture, and support governance, risk escalation, and systems access management.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and industry best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of payroll management experience.
- Proven experience leading a team and delivering high‑quality services.
- Strong communication, numeracy, and analytical abilities.
- Good understanding of people‑risk issues, metrics, and the ability to automate processes.
